RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of you receiving your package.
You will need to register your return via our contact form, and we will be in contact with instructions.
Items need to be returned as they were received, unworn and in saleable condition.
Assuming the item is returned in good condition, a full refund will be given, minus the shipping cost.
Returns due to faulty items or incorrect orders will be given a full refund including shipping cost.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of you receiving your order.
You will need to register your exchange via our contact form, and we will be in contact with instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping, we will cover the cost of returning the exchange to you.
Where the item you request for exchange is no longer available a full refund will be given, minus the shipping costs.
