1. Will your limited edition pieces be re-stocked?
Our hand-made pieces are made in small batches. We will develop a permanent collection of a few popular items, but many of our pieces will be once off.
2. How have your delivery times been affected by the current world situation?
It was our intention to use Sendle for flat rate shipping as they offer a great carbon neutral service and bio-degradable packaging. However due to current delays we will use Australia Post Express for no additional charge, to assure our packages arrive in good time.
3. How will my garment be wrapped?
All garments will arrive in a cotton cloth drawstring bag, which can be re-used for many different purposes.
4. How do I tie the straps?
Simply slip the strap through the button hole, adjust to the correct length and then tie a simple knot to hold it in place. You should be able to slip the straps off the shoulder easily for changing and toilet stops, no need to untie each time!
5. Is it possible to get a refund or to return products?

6. What new fabric designs are you working on?
We are planning to stay with our Australian theme for now to help raise awareness and proceeds towards the ongoing wildlife and habitat recovery. As the dog print has been so popular we are working on our own unique design based on the story of the koala rescue dogs who have saved many koalas after the bushfires and will be continue to be trained for future fire seasons. 7. Will you be introducing bigger sizes soon?
Our plan is to stock up to size 8 within the next year, and then possibly larger sizes after that if there is a demand.
8. Is it possible to get a custom made piece?
We are currently exploring a concept to get local “grannies” to sew individual custom pieces for us, as a separate option. Keep an eye out for this!
